"Go Be Great" Jiu Jitsu Camp

SYL and Impact Jiu Jitsu are excited to introduce you to the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) through a one-day introductory camp.

Have you ever thought about how to respond if you were attacked physically? Do you want to learn practical self-defense techniques to protect yourself or someone you care about?

In this single-session camp, participants will learn foundational BJJ movements and how they connect to real-world self-defense. You will also be introduced to basic submissions and understand their role in both sport and practical application. Throughout the session, we emphasize that Jiu Jitsu is for everyone, regardless of gender, age, size, or experience level.

BJJ is a dynamic martial art that offers self-defense skills, opportunities in MMA, and a rewarding lifelong hobby. In just a few hours, you will gain hands-on experience and a strong understanding of why Brazilian Jiu Jitsu continues to grow in popularity.
